1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 33bdd ("33bdd", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website at 33bdd.io and all associated services including, but not limited to, sports betting, live casino, video slots, crash games, and any promotional offers made available through the platform.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the 33bdd service, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with 33bdd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.

33bdd may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable timeframe — or provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation — will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of any balance held.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold one account only. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, email address, phone number, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be voided.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any detail changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your 33bdd account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 33bdd will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to operating a safe and responsible platform, 33bdd conducts identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") procedures. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and in some cases proof of the payment method used for deposits.

KYC documents must be submitted before your first withdrawal request can be processed. 33bdd may also request updated documents at any time for ongoing compliance purposes. Processing of KYC submissions typically takes between one and three business days.

4 Deposits & Payments

All account balances and transactions on 33bdd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 33bdd does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be reflected in your account balance.
• 33bdd does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 33bdd reserves the right to return a deposit to its original payment source if KYC verification has not been completed or if the deposit is suspected to originate from a third party.

33bdd will not accept deposits that it believes to be derived from illegal activity. Any funds deposited onto the platform are presumed to be owned legitimately by the account holder. 33bdd cooperates fully with any lawful request from relevant authorities in relation to financial transactions on the platform.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your account has passed full KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. 33bdd reserves the right to require withdrawal via a specific method for fraud prevention purposes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days.
• 33bdd may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending routine security review. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review period.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not count toward the withdrawable balance.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

33bdd offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotional terms for each offer. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and associated winnings remain locked and cannot be transferred to your withdrawable balance.

6.2 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100% of wager value, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, 33bdd reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, void winnings derived from that bonus, and suspend or permanently close the associated account.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on 33bdd are governed by the specific sport and market rules published on the platform. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are subject to the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). Bets placed on a match that is subsequently abandoned or reduced in overs may be settled according to the applicable sport rules.

Casino games — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are governed by the game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a dispute between the outcome displayed on the player's device and the outcome recorded on 33bdd's server, the server-side record shall be definitive.

33bdd reserves the right to void any bet or gaming transaction where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a technical malfunction, human error, data feed error, or other irregularity has occurred that materially affected the outcome or the odds displayed at the time of the transaction.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 33bdd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or identity information.
• Opening more than one account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with any game or betting market on the platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical vulnerability, or error in a way that provides an unintended advantage.
• Depositing funds from a payment account that does not belong to you.
• Engaging in or facilitating unauthorised access to any other player's account.
• Posting, transmitting, or disseminating any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or offensive content via any communication channel on the platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

33bdd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33bdd platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming activity. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 33bdd platform without the prior written consent of 33bdd.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33bdd shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any service offered through it — including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, data loss, interrupted connectivity, or erroneous game or bet outcomes caused by technical malfunction.

33bdd makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error, or vulnerability. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, cyber attacks, natural disasters, or government action) may affect platform availability. 33bdd will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance wherever possible.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 33bdd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by 33bdd's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Privacy

Your use of the 33bdd platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

33bdd collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and where you have consented, direct marketing. 13 Suspension & Termination

33bdd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A regulatory, legal, or law enforcement obligation requires us to do so.
• Continued operation of your account presents a risk to the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Where a breach is confirmed, 33bdd reserves the right to apply administrative charges or forfeit the balance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
